Bind to Active Directory failed

  • I tried installing the plugin but keeps getting the “Bind to Active Directory failed.” error on the logs. The external LDAP Server admin has just given us the Bind Account DN, is this something we can use for the username on the Verify Credentials section?

    have you successfully configured your plugin and connected to your Active Directory?
    You should have a valid Domain SID inside your Configuration –> Environment tab
