    Hello,

    I’ve encountered significant issues integrating Binance Pay on my WooCommerce site. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot, I found several critical points that are not properly documented, and I would like to know if there are plans for support improvements and what recommendations you can provide:

    1. Issue with WooCommerce Block Checkout:
      • After setting up all necessary API keys and ensuring the plugin was activated, I received the following message on the checkout page:
        “There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.”
      • Upon inspecting the checkout page template and clicking on the Payment Options block, I encountered the warning:
        “Binance Pay does not yet support this block. This may impact the shopper experience. Learn more and “Switch to classic checkout.”
        “Your store does not have any payment methods that support the Checkout block. Once you have configured a compatible payment method it will be displayed here.”
      • This was unexpected, and I ended up spending around 6 hours trying to solve the problem, mistakenly thinking it was related to server location. I am disappointed with the lost time.
      • Question: Are you considering integrating support for WooCommerce blocks in the near future? Why isn’t this information included in any FAQ, so users can promptly resolve this issue?
    2. Impact of Server Location in the US on Binance Pay:
      • Initially, I assumed the issue was related to the server being located in the US, due to potential restrictions for payment services. I moved my server from the US to the UK, hoping it would fix the problem, but it turned out to be related to the block-based checkout, not the server.
      • Question: Does having a server in the US genuinely affect Binance Pay’s functionality? If I move the server back to the US and the plugin stops working, I won’t be able to move it again for 30 days. Are there specific restrictions imposed on US servers?

    These challenges led to significant losses of time and resources. Please update the relevant information in the FAQ or on the plugin page to help other users avoid similar issues.
