billing_phone is not showing as Required on front-end

Hello,

I would like to make billing_phone Required for the customer.

I made the settings accordingly via your plugin. However, on the front-end, this field is still showing being optional.

Is this a bug or do I miss a setting? Other Required fields are working with the settings I did. On a second website I am using the pro version of your plugin there it is working.
