{billing_address} empty

    Hi,

    In admin Emails my {billing_address} return empty but my adrees is correctly set in my user biling fields.

    Hi @pipoulito,

    Happy to help.

    I have not been able to reproduce this but I want to clarify that the {billing_address} tag will pull the billing address if it’s present in the donation that was made by the donor, not the billing address from the donor profile.

    If your form has a billing address enabled, it should show on the donation receipt if you have the {billing_address} tag.

    Can you confirm there’s a billing address in the donation record?
