Billing issue, who to contact?

    I am having an issue with our Vaultpress subscription (many year subscriber) not working, however because of this I can’t access any kind of contact form or information on how to help resolve it at the official support page, it considers my account free.

    Thanks for your help, I could not find that form so thank you for directing me to the right place. For some reason all I was provided is a notice my account is free and to use the community forums. At any rate, much appreciated!
