    I have a similar issue:
    If customer choose shipping same as billing and doesn’t fill in shipping details, these aren’t displayed in emails and order management.
    But what’s worst, updating the order status delete customer billing details.
    I think it’s a bug of 2.2.5, I’m going to roll back to 2.2.4 hoping WooThemes fix this soon.

    going back to 2.2.4 fixed this.
    And you can also use again the “copy from billing” button that stopped working after 2.2.5.

    Please fix it, is a big big bug: it deletes customers billing information at all and it’s not possible to recover them!

    I don’t have this problem. I’ve just placed an order without completing shipping address and I got the full address details in emails and back end

    What payment did you use?
    I noticed Order payed with PayPal have both billing and shipping details (same) in order and e-mail.
    But even for these orders, updating the order (change status, add a note) erases billing details.
    And the button “copy from billing” doesn’t work.

    With 2.2.4 I haven’t (and I have no more, after the downgrade) this problem.

    Hi Dademaru,

    I had this issue, with an order that had BACS (Direct Bank). And indeed the same as you suggested. I added a note, saved, and the billing details were deleted.

    I just updated to WooCommerce 2.2.6, and I am now going to test if this solves the issue, I saw on the Change Log that they fixed this issue….

    I will let you know in a couple of minutes.

    Hi, I just tested and it works now!

    I had a cancelled order in WooCommerce, I added a note, saved, and the billing information is now still available. I tried again with adding a note, and also changed the status to “in progress” and added again a note, saved, and still the billing information available.
