I’m sorry, I just realized that since I’m not using this plugin, my situation may be different. Maybe I’ll try the free version tomorrow if I support at Elegant Themes can’t figure it out. I have someone in there now looking. It is the Divi theme, but all of this is pushing me to consider Avada …

    Hello mate,

I regret to inform you that the issue you’re encountering with the checkout process be due to the shortcode not being properly configured on the checkout page. To rectify this, please follow these steps:

    • Navigate to “Pages” -> “All pages” in your WordPress dashboard.
    • Locate the “Checkout” page and click on “Edit.”
    • Once in the editor, switch to the Standard Editor mode if necessary.
Ensure that the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the WooCommerce checkout block is present on the page.

If the shortcode or block is missing, please add it accordingly.

Additionally, it’s important to note that there haven’t been any recent changes to the plugin that would cause it to stop functioning as described.

    Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.

The checkout block was correctly installed. The problem showed to be the woocommerce payments, when deactivated everything works well. A pity for Woo as now all payment go through PayPal
