    Hi guys,

My issue is with required billing fields – when user clicks on Paypal button on cart page. After successfully logging into paypal – the user gets redirected to the checkout page.

But when you try to complete the transaction – i am getting a billing fields required error. Is there a setting or something i’m missing here ?

The issue is the same as stated here “https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/issues/256”.

Site is running latest version of WooCommerce – 3.9.1 and
latest version of plugin – 1.6.19

@digamberpradhan This could be many things, but the first thing to check would be the Billing Addresses setting under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout. Is the Require Billing Address box checked? If so, uncheck it and try again.

If this isn’t the case, then try testing the checkout process with just WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout active and see if that resolves the issue. If not, please try using a theme like Twenty Twenty and see if that fixes it. More about this testing and further steps can be found here:

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
