Billing Fields Not Registering

    I’m able to login to Amazon, and select an address and card to pay with, but once I submit the order I get errors that none of the billing fields are filled out. Do you know what could cause this? I am using BuddyPress and bbPress if that matters.

    to analyze the issue in detail, kindly let us know for which user role you are trying to check out? (As a guest user or as a logged in user)
    Also, share the complete screenshot of the error page. That help us to guide you.

    Hey! Thanks for responding. I’ve tried both logged in and logged out, and am currently trying as a guest user.

    The error I get is this from WooCommerce:

    Error: Billing Country is a required field.
    Billing Street address is a required field.
    Billing Town / City is a required field.
    Billing State is a required field.
    Billing ZIP is a required field.

    We will release a new version in the near future which will allow guest checkout in the basic version as well.

    Does the paid version support this feature?

    I also get the error when I’m logged in as well (does WooCommerce have a setting to force guest checkout?). Could the error be coming from anywhere else?

    Yes, the paid version supports this feature.
    Can you raise a ticket to our support so that we can check it?
