Billing fields need validation, failing

link is private, so i can’t show you. wish i could. bottom line, when i install the plugin, the billing fields do indeed disappear, which is part A of what we want. However, when the customer checks out, we get the message “Please enter an address to continue.” so, the plugin either doesn’t work, i’ve got the product set up wrong, or there’s a plugin conflict. thoughts? T
