    Hi there,

    The billing phone number and email address is not pulling through on to the packing slip despite selecting the options to include it in the settings?

    We also have the option on our store to add a delivery email and phone number and would like the delivery phone number to pull through onto the packing slip and invoice as well, is that possible?

    Hello Charlotte,
    You mention the packing slip but you also mention the invoice. Settings for these documents are handled in different ways, so the distinction is important ??
    Assuming you’re using the latest version (2.2.4, please double check this):

    Settings for the packing slip will always be the current settings and the packing slip should this reflect any changes that you make in the settings. If you have a custom template this may not have the code to show the email address & phone (you can check this under PDF Invoices > General, it should have the “Simple” template selected, if not it’s custom).

    For the invoice, settings are stored once the invoice is created, otherwise a company name or address change would affect previous invoices as well, which you don’t want :). You can override this with the option “Always use most current settings” under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice (this option was introduced in 2.2.2).

    That only applies to the billing phone & email address. Since shipping phone and email address are custom, you have to add those yourself. You can find documentation about this here: Displaying a custom field
