Billing Email address on top of the checkout form without plugin ?

    Hello, I tried to put the billing Email address on top of the checkout form as explained on this page but it didn’t work:

    Do you think that it should be working with the latest Woocommerce version ?

    Any other way to put the Email on top of the checkout form ? This is the only tweak that I need.

    If I have to use a plugin can you tell me which one ?
