Billing Country is default set to EU Countries only since last update?

    Hi,

    WP : 6.0.1
    WooCommerce : 6.8.1
    Theme : DIVI Page Builder current

    Running all fine, but since last WooCommerce update the catalogue for billing country in the managements page during adding an order manualy is set to EU countries only, I can’t change it.

    The catalog for shipping countries shows all countries.
