  • Getting this error after completing payment info
    “billing agreement was not accepted”

    reference transactions are enabled already.

    Hello @muhammadnan,
    please double-check with PayPal’s support if Reference Transactions are enabled on your account. Since it’s a deprecated method they are no more enabled, unless they were activated in the past.
