    Hello Emiel,
I recommend that you edit your post and remove those credentials, not sure if it’s a good idea to post them publically.

It looks like the billing address is not entered at all, because if I go to the order details “Bekijk”, you’ll see that all the way at the bottom the billing address is missing too. Did you fill them in when creating the order? Was this perhaps a backend order?

Yes i see what you mean, but the ‘factuur adres’ is filled in. I can see it in wordpress under users to… why isn’t it used as billing adress?

Do you see the address when you go into the order details in the WooCommerce backend? The billing address is stored on a per order basis in WooCommerce. When you place a backend order (not going through the checkout in the website), those addresses do not get filled in automatically.

If you can see the billing address in the order but it’s still missing everywhere else, then there’s something broken in your site. Try deactivating plugins one by one to rule out any plugin issues.

Note that the address stored in the My Account section and the WordPress users section is independent from the address in the orders. Those account addresses are only used to fill in the checkout form, then stored in the order.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi
Is there a easy way to ad the customers VAT number to the automate invoice?
