Billing Address missing in checkout page, Stripe integration

Hi,

How do I collect the Billing Address? I need the address in order to determine the tax rate.

I am setup with Stripe and created my checkout page. My checkout page accepts Canadian dollars, and I need to collect tax in Canada. I also setup my tax rate page. But you’ll notice my checkout page is missing the Billing Address:

How do I collect the Billing Address?
