Billing address is not sent to Paypal site

    Hi,

    I tried in live mode and after filling up the order form on woocommerce site and clicked checkout with Paypal, the billing address is not sent to Paypal site.

    This makes customer need to reenter billing details.
    I redirect customer to upsell them so the billing address not sent to Paypal will create friction for the transaction.

    Or is there a setting that I missed?

    The Paypal standard that comes with Woocommerce plugin doesn’t have this problem.

    Can someone please help? Need to go live asap

    PayPal Checkout only sends shipping information to PayPal. You can select to require Billing Address in the Advanced Settings, as seen at this link. Also make sure that functionality is turned on in your account on PayPal.
