Billie URL Hovers

I like the fact that we can get a hover on the link. What I don’t like is:

1- Cannot close the link by clicking on the X in IE 11
2- The fact that we need to click the X at all to close the link. The link should only appear on hover and when we move the cursor away it should automatically disappear..
