Bilingual double new post email notification

Forgot to add that if I use mailchimp, as far as I know, readers can’t comment on posts?

I’m afraid that won’t be possible with Jetpack. Jetpack’s Subscriptions module only offers one subscriber list per site; you won’t be able to build 2 lists (one for each language) on a single site, and send different emails to each list.

You could, however, use another newsletter service like Mailchimp or MailPoet. These services won’t affect existing commenting features on your site.
