bigbuy and 404 error

Hello.

I’m trying without success to configure BigBuy Dropshipping Connector per Woocommerce (I’ve got the last version, same for WP) but the support has told that the url wcmipconnector/api/authorize is returning 404 error.

I’ve set correctly the permalinks, disabled everything… but the error is still there. Someone has an idea? The support told that “We recommend reviewing your hosting configuration with your server provider to ensure there are no blocks restricting access to the specified URL.”
