• What a joke! I bought the pro bundle and got SHIT! OMG. Allie Nimmons, Amanda Gorman, Sam Smith. Took days to respond to my repeated requests. And when they finally did respond not one of them could get their plugin to work on my platform and NEVER followed up. All I needed was a basic set up. Big Waste of Money!!!

  • @pmcreations … I can attest that the plugin “just works”. I set it up and tested it on a new site while watching football over the weekend. I even activated and implemented several of the additional modules.

    Perhaps you could share some of your struggles and questions here and we could try to help.

    I should also add that I really appreciate that GiveWP has a built-in debug mode for testing payments so developers can check the entire user experience out from start to finish.

    Hi @pmcreations — I think there’s a miscommunication or problem somewhere. Our team responds to every inquiry. Of course, keep in mind that we just had a major US holiday so our response times might be a little longer than normal, but we’re all here working full-time to resolve all issues for all 70,000+ of our users.

    Stop back peddling. I can go back 4 months+ since my initial request. I’ve never posted a bad review before. I want everyone to know how bad your customer service is. I PLEADED with you guys for help only to be ignored.

    We take in only several thousand a month and need a reliable platform. It’s NOT GiveWP!!!

    Thank you for those ticket numbers. As I mentioned in the beginning, there must be a problem in one way or another because we respond quickly to every inquiry. The problem in this case is that I found your replies in our SPAM box. You can see here (I’ve blurred out your name for privacy of course):

    I fully understand that you did not get responses to your inquires as you were entitled to. I do take responsibility for that because I expect our SPAM filters to be better than this.

    I understand that you’ve moved on (that is understandable considering the lack of responses you received), however, if you are interested in having the best success with GiveWP going forward at all, I’m more than happy to pick up the conversation again.     Response did come but weeks late. And follow through on your end never happened. It was not in ‘Spam’. I can see other customers who also received horrible customer service. Of course if the plugin worked as described then I wouldn’t have had to create any of the many tickets in the first place.
