Big title section not showing

  • Hello,
    I just found out that the big title section is not showing up when I’m not logged in.
    everything (WP and Shop Isle etc) is updated to latest versions.
    I even installed now Shop Isle Companion but this didn’t help. Its still not visible to “normal” visitors of the page.
    I used a child theme and changed to the original but it’s the same.
    All default texts are changed to my needs, so its not that.
    I would be very greatful for help.

    I now foud out that Autopimize caused the problem. But I don’t know why.
    Could you tell me?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    Regarding the Shop Isle theme, I tested its features and everything seems to be working fine on my end. I can’t tell if the problem is caused by Autoptimize and I can’t provide support regarding this plugin. If you are still experiencing this issue, try changing your theme or deactivating other plugins because it may be a conflict between them and that’s causing you this problem. Also, I checked your page and everything appears to be in order (https://prnt.sc/k3awqx).

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
