Big Title problem

Hello, I have a problem with big title section.

There is a chance to change image position, because I want bottom began to appear 4 icons next section, so that people know that they must scroll page down.

I use this code:

but it only change image, but still I have white arena in bottom.

Second, there is a chance to reducing distance between big title sections and menu beside logo?
