Big Title Area Sizing

Since the last update, the size of the Big Title section changed and now I have a darker yellow section appearing under the Big Title Section. I want to reduce the size of the Big Title section so that ‘Services’ appear on the main page when first loading. It was working, but now is not. My URL is sycamorehillrv.com.
