Big thanks to this plugin that allowed me to quickly rectify some URLs that needed changing after a wordpress host migration.
From what I can see, other plugins have paywalled the full features of the “dry run” on database changes. They can do what they want. However, very grateful this plug “just worked”. Thanks guys.
