Big proplem with player

    Hello, I have noticed the problem with this player, it is not playing on my phone samsung galaxy J7 2017 in google chrome and opera browsers last versions
    do you have any idea what the proplem? in other theme not playing too

    @iamwpuser, The video may have encoding issues. It doesn’t play smoothly in the browser. You can use a free tool like handbrake to encode the video (H.264 Web Optimized).
