• Hi, I bought the Yith Subscriptions plugin and I have a serious problem, and from Yith I can’t open a ticket because the product isn’t activated, of course…
    Trying to summarize, 5 clients (example) each contract a subscription, individually, none of them know each other. Well, if we eliminate the 5 orders, the 5 subscriptions are logically cancelled, and we receive an email saying that each one is cancelled, and the problem is that each client is receiving their email that their subscription is canceled and that of the other 4… With all the personal data and everything. We have not touched anything in the configuration of anything, and less with respect to emails, it appears in settings as a “Client” recipient, and it reaches the client, but also the rest, so each of the 5 clients is receiving 5 cancellation emails, yours and that of the other 4. That, due to the data protection law, as a client is a bit such, it creates a serious problem for us. Please give me a hand with this, it’s super urgent. Thank you
