Big issue with Variables in emails

    Hello

    I have setup a Survey however I don’t need “Correct Answer” or “Comments Added”.
    So, in the Admin email template, I replaced %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% with %QUESTION% %USER_ANSWER% however this does not work, when I receive an email, the variables are showing instead of the actual questions and answers. See screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/aea5eQJ

    Can you please help fix this issue?

  • You can change/format the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% variable from the text tab, so you can add or remove any elements that you don’t want to see.

    Hello…

    Thank you. That worked well… But now I have another problem… I have enabled the comments box so I added %COMMENT_SECTION% but that adds the actual comment above each question in the email. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/CJNJL4K

    Please help
