Big issue with 3.3 update

Hi,
I updated the woocommerce plugin to 3.3, and it’s telling me my theme “template files” from 3.2 are outdated so it needs to be updated, but the link you guys provide only show v3.2 version templates.For example:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/Since the update my woocommerce webhooks are not working properly so all of my API keys are failing, none of my products are syncing, and orders are not going through correctly. Everything is chaotic.

For the template files, I updated the documentation page. You can also find the latest ones here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/tree/master/templates. This is something you’ll likely need to contact your theme authors about.
For webhooks, there should have been a new database table created and the webhooks should be migrated to this new table.
1) Have you run the database update yet, there should be a prompt for that after updating?
2) Could you paste a copy of your system status report? You can find it at WooCommerce > Status.

If i make a change to trigger the webhook it does nothing but if i go and recreate the webhook the url validation fires and the outside system can see that validation. So it does not fire on the order_update event. I have tried on order creation and even on subscription update, but not fired once. So I’m not sure if it is something blocking it or something that I’m doing wrong. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I must just add It does not create any logs for the actions even if i put the site into debug mode as documented
