Big issue after a server transfer

Hi all in Mailpoet,
first of all, thank you and congratulations for Mailpoet, it’s brilliant. I am very annoyed right now because I just make a server transfer and now Mailpoet is not working. I tried uninstall it using your uninstall plugin from your support website but it’s not working. I tried to fix it with your uninstall plugin, repeating the process three times but it wasn’t working.

I am very sad because after a deep research, your plugin is perfect for my two websites and now I can’t use it ??
My new hosting supplier is trying to fix it but I don’t think they will make it.
