    Hi Nicolas,

    I have a big issue.

    1) Updating WordPress was fine but apparently it has deleted my customizr child theme, therefore the custom CSS with it.

    2) Updating WordPress works except error (see above) but also Polylang flags have disappeared.

    3) Updating Customizr to 4.01 version leads to abnormal layout of the website: no menu appearing anymore although existing; big spaces between lines etc.

    Could you please help with these issues?

    1) The WP update should not have touched your child theme which sits in wp-content and will not change with a WP update.

    But if you’re this late to update WP, what version of Czr were you using? There have been some pretty major changes to Czr recently, and we’re now up to 3.2.8.

    Do you keep backups of your Child Theme that you can restore?

    Hi,
    Regarding the customiser child I did myself a mistake, but I could recover as I did a backup of it.

    WP updated: website working although some submenus don’t work, as well no different languages using Polylang.

    Customizr updated: website is not working at all.

    Ps: if needed, I can upload the last version I have backed up (from September on) and then we could start working from there.

    Can you still get to the WP backend? If so, set the Theme as Customizr, not the Child Theme and see if that shows anything.

    I suspect there is something in your CT functions.php causing the White Screen.

    Try using a CT functions.php with just a header and <?php and no other code.

    Hi,

    When using Customizr, not child, I still have blank header and big blank line between slider and featured pages.
    Weirdly, nothing work out with child theme although I never touched it since it was working fine.
    While using WordPress 3.9 everything was working fine.

    Hello,

    So, last update. I went back to one of the last backup and updated to the last version of wordpress. The CT was not working properly so I just went back to customizr alone. All is working fine except polylang (see https://www.ladouceheure.be). Updating now to the last Customiser version makes the website crashing down. So, any idea?
