Big Footer configuration issues

Hi everyone,

I’m helping a friend update some stuff on his wordpress site (www.surfdogz.com) and am having some issues with locating files for changing text and links. The first issue is under Appearance> Theme Options> Footer
I just want to change some of the text and one of the links (dead page), but can’t seem to locate the file (checked every file in the editor directory for it) to the right of the footer option it states “Select if you want to show the big footer, above the copyright section. Configure it on widgets admin panel, on “Footer Main” and “Footer Sidebar” widget.”

Can anyone point me in the right direction to make adjustments to this code? Here is an image of it:

Here is a screen shot of the bottom “big footer” I can’t seem to adjust and also the “Product categories”, which has been elusive for adjustments also.
