Bidding/RFQ Plugin or Theme suggestions

Hi,

Wondering if anyone might be able to offer up any suggestions. I’m looking to build a website that connects customers with suppliers. I’d like for the customer to have the ability to post his needed product so that suppliers are able to bid for the sale with their best price. Not sure if this would be considered an auction (perhaps reverse auction) or RFQ (request for quotation) or something else entirely. I’ve looked up many auction plugins/themes but not sure any are quite able to do what I need as most appear to allow people to post their own products and have people bid to purchase it, where I want people to post a product that they’re looking for and have suppliers submit their best price. Perhaps there’s another term to describe what I’m looking to do? Anyway, if anyone knows of a good plugin, combination of plugins or theme that can allow for this sort of functionality, please let me know. Willing to pay for premium plugins.
