Bidder name not supplied.

We are receiving a popup with “Bidder name not supplied” whenever anyone tries to place a bid. The plugin is essentially unusable at this time, as no one can make bids.

I know there were some issues with the modern/new design, so it is currently set to traditional, but we are still getting the issue.

Please help as soon as possible.
