bid without login

Hi we are a not for profit society running a single auction to raise funds for needy kids in Thailand (sisters of good charity) , I like your plugin but we would need to be able to accept bids from people who have not logged in (we don’t have paypal or credit cards) but will verify bid by phone.
Also if possible we would like to capture more details (eg phone number) when the bid is placed.
