Bid capability not working

Do you mean paypay or paypal?

Also, place bid button will NOT connect with paypal but would only accept bids. Buy It Now button will connect with paypal if configured correctly.

Could you please post auction url to see what is happening?

Thank you, I misunderstood and thought the bids were coordinated with PayPal. As I understand it, someone makes a bid but their PayPal account isn’t charged until the bid is accepted?

Also, it says minimum bid has been met but no bids have been placed. Can I fix that somehow?

When you say minimum bid are you referring to reserve price? It must be met because opening bid and reserve price might be same.

Yes, the reserve price.

If you look at the auction page https://hollyhillfarm.org/auction/?ult_auc_id=7349 you will see it says the Reserve price has been met and also shows 0 bids.

If there are 0 bids then no one has bid the reserve price of $3,500.

While adding auction, how much have you set the opening price and reserve price?

The opening price is set for $3,500.

The lowest price to accept is $3,500.

So what your saying if you set a reserve price above your start price the plugin doesn’t show that someone has tried to make a bid, unlike Ebay where you can see people are trying to make bids.

Right now it looks like the plugin isn’t working if you have a higher reserve price

Any chance you can make it show the bids below the reserve.

Gives me the chance to go back to people if have to sell below the reserve

Let me answer all 3 posts of yours

Post 1 – You can view all bids below and above reserve. Your assumption is not correct.

Post 2 – I’m confused. In post one it seems you placed few bids to test and now it is not working. Checked the link and there isn’t any auction. Could you please provide more details as to what happens when you place bid. Do you get 404 error or something else. If you get 404 error then it might be possible that there is a JS conflict which would require debugging. In that case, please write to nitesh[at]auctionplugin.net

You can’t find it as I uninstalled it. Too many things wouldn’t work.
