bibtex Plugin

Hello ,

i programmed an interface where someone can upload a file or past bibText Code and it will insert it directly in a database after doing the parsing of the bibtext file .

now i want to make a plugin for wordpress where someone can integrate the uploading into the admin section and the articles can be shown in the wordpress blog it self maybe in a page or something …

can someone give me the steps , i never did it before .

its look something like :

}
