Bibliography not ordered correctly

    Hello,
    I just started using this plugin, so please forgive me if this is a silly error. I have read through the help material and have watched video tuts on zotero.

    I am using wordpress 5.3 with Highend Theme (v 3.6.2) and WPBakery pagebuilder. Zotpress plugin v 7.1.5.

    The issue that I am experiencing is that when I input the shortcode:
    [zotpress collection=”mycollectionid”](with my appropriate id, of course),
    I get a bib of that collection, but it appears to be opposite alphabetical (that is, Z to A) and not ordered by date either. This is just not proper form, regardless of style (I tried switching- APA, AMA, MLA, etc.- no change).

    I have tried altering the style both within the plugin options and I have tried specifying certain styles within the code (ex. [zotpress collection= “Z3QZNKMB” style=”modern-language-association” sortby=”author” order=”asc” target=”new”]).
    This not only has no effect, but when entering anything more than the id (ex. [zotpress collection= “Z3QZNKMB”], the text box will not display the bib at all (blank). What am I missing? Is this a bug with the plugin?

    At my actual zotero library, exporting a bib in any style has no issue with format or ordering.
