"Biblical" times to make a logging

  • – few and unnecessary fields in the free version

    – the first registered user password does not work (and 10 minutes to receive confirmation email)

    – the second registered user It has been waiting for about an hour in the confirmation email

    – check carried out in the control panel by me

    – carried out resend confirmation email and even Biblical times to receive this

    definitely not satisfied there are most complete free plugins, without problems

    However before you try and decide maybe this is just my problem

    I’m sorry that you had this bad experience using our plugin.

    Can you give me more details regarding the first user password that is not working? Maybe they typed in a different password by accident.

    Regarding the delay time of receiving the email notifications, Profile Builder uses the default WordPress email function called wp_mail(). This means that it is up to the server to send the email notification. You can try to use Postmark Plugin to avoid these delivery issues.

    If you wish to change your rating, simply go to the review page, and your review will be at the bottom.

    You edit it as desired, and submit again. It should work.
