    you can do that with some CSS code. Please try this code, by inserting it into the “Custom CSS” textbox on the “Plugin Options” screen:

    .wp-table-reloaded-id-1 .column-2 {
  background-color: #ff0000!important;
}

    (This would add a red background to the second column of table ID 1. Change that as needed.)
