• I purchased the pro version, submitted a ticket, and never got a response. I saw that they are selling priority support for $199 a year but I do not know if that works as I have not tested yet. The community support forum in www.remarpro.com sucks so many topics and no answers. This plugin team definitely needs help ASAP.

    I have the same experience. I have been waiting 3 weeks now for answers to a question when we updated WP core, stuff is broken. we also purchased PRO version!
