Beware of the commercial bundle & Astra Sites

  • Astra Sites is arguably the primary reason I purchased this plugin. However, the way the commercial bundle is sold is just pure con. You are not made aware that Astra Sites is dependent on the Ultimate Bundle for Beaver Builder plugin and they are merely sold as a cost saving bundle.

    They ship an alternative Ultimate Bundles for Elementor, but will refuse to allow you to switch to Elementor and use that instead of the Beaver Builder version.

    Bottom line: you end up with a plugin that is useless just because you switched page builders. I consider this a scam because they can easily allow you to transition to the Elementor equivalent.

    Terrible practice that has left a sour taste and made sure I will never use anything they make … free or commercial
