    I set up Time.ly for a client in December 2023. It was a simple calendar and all was well. Unfortunately I was unaware of the strange business practice to delete an account if it wasn’t logged into regularly. This seems high maintenance and unnecessary. I did receive emails warning me of this, but they had gone to my spam filter so I didn’t know this was coming. So my client’s calendar was deleted and we will now have to start from scratch. Customer support just advised me to create a new account. No thank you. I will be looking elsewhere for a calendar plugin.
