    I’m going on 3 MONTHS without a resolution to a support ticket where I identified a bug between their ‘downloading-page’ and ‘mailchimp-lock’ extensions (which I paid for).

    Barry, the developer, even said he was going to troubleshoot the issue, but never has despite following up with him via email several times.

    While I’ve been more than patient and even asked if there was a personal issue that impacted their ability to provide tech support, I think others should be aware support is severely lacking despite the promise it’s part of their paid plugin extensions.

    Sorry about the delay on our end. The bug you’re encountering is, unfortunately, one that is very hard to solve. Like you said, we have been in contact via email trying to solve this issue but have failed to do so until this point.
