• BE CAREFUL! Don’t let the fictitious 5-star reviews fool you. I’ve witnessed my colleague being charged repeatedly for monthly fees even after cancelling his account. And even after Robbie at Justuno agreed to refund and cancel the account, guess what…. they started secretly charging him again. Did a quick scan of other reviews and found other 1-star reviews saying the same thing. Criminal offense as far as I’m concerned. Like those gym memberships that fraudulently charge your card even after you’ve left. And cancelling the credit card doesn’t work. The charges just get passed through on to your new card.

    Thanks for taking the time to write this review. I believe I personally took care of this for your colleague within minutes of learning the account had not yet been cancelled. As I have previously mentioned, Justuno staff do not typically cancel accounts on behalf of a client, as is standard practice in subscription businesses. I can also guarantee that we only have access to a single payment method a client currently allows, and we do not have any clandestine or criminal practices.
