Experience with the Pro Version

Not really a review of the product, more of the company. Bought the pro version of this plugin for a site in development because that was the only route to a feature we needed. It became clear within a very short time – a couple of weeks, while the site was still in development – that while this is a fantastic plugin it didn’t quite match our needs. Initially there was a question about getting a refund but once discussed with the developer this was quickly resolved and a refund was processed. Very happy with the professional way this was handled.
