Beware can’t withdraw bitcoin from Coingate, no reply to tickets

I used the Coingate plugin to accept bitcoin for the last years and it worked with little issues but now I can not withdraw my bitcoin, it is stuck in coingate and they do not reply with any update to my ticket opened about the issue in December 2020 and I provided all documents they asked. They said they are still checking documents but it should not take more than 2 months to check, my bitcoin is still stuck and caused me loss. I saw other coingate plugin users reported this similar issue and this plugin should probably be suspended from WordPress for causing harm and loss to users. For now removed the Coingate plugin due to the issue, and no new plugin updates for the last 2 years, I worry they are planning to exit scam with my thousands of dollars of bitcoin. Please someone at Coingate reply and either ask for more documents if you need or approve my withdraw request, thank you.
