• I could bore you with my long story, but instead I’ll bullet point the situation.
    – Called and talked to sales person before purchase. Told them situation. They said they could help.
    – Purchased software. Support contacted me. Had to pay extra for support. support spoke very poor english. began emailing support instead.
    – installed plugin. plugin connected to api.
    – asked support for ‘support’ in getting api data into site. average response time of support via email – 4+ days.
    – back and forth with support for about 3 weeks. asked for refund, support told me 10 day window for returns. We were less than a month out and the product never worked as discussed.
    This may be a great plugin for people who are familiar with api’s and coding everything yourself. But, if you are looking for a turn key solution, this ain’t it.

    The situation you depicted is absolutely incorrect and it seems you want to negatively affect the people who actually want to use the solution or are in search of a solution like this. The plugin you opted for is 100% working as it was meant to be and you also confirmed it to our sales person.

    Regarding the ‘support’, would like to inform you that you have received the top ‘support’ with our salesperson going on online meet with you and replying within a day or hours in the majority though you have opted for our very basic support.

    You wanted the features that were beyond the plugin scopes but still, our team was ready to customize the plugin for you with minimal changes for the efforts we put specifically for your additional requirements which you had agreed before the purchase of the plugin as well but it seems now have changed your mind to downgrade our image.

    Regarding the refund, as the plugin you purchased is working fine as expected and as the on-premise software can’t be returned truly so you want the refund to have both the money back and use the plugin for free.

    One last thing we would like to inform you is that if you really wanted to use the plugin and need additional services from us, we are still ready to help you out but would request you not to make the false claims in order to downgrade our plugin image and delude the users who are using our plugin happily from a long-ago or are in search of solution like this.
