Beware

  • I canceled my order for this plugin on April 18 well within the allocated cancellation term. Despite receiving a confirmation the reimbursement has not been effected. Several e-mails have been sent to the developer which are unanswered. Buyers beware. Not only does this plugin slow down your website significantly, cancelling means you may not receive reimbursement.

    Could you write your order number so we can identify you as a customer and check the issue? We reply to all emails on a regular basis. Be sure that you contact us via support channel and didn’t reply on automatic emails.

    Hello, I sent several e-mails to Konstantin (replies to his address went through previously) as well as to your mail@ address. I have now sent three e-mails and no response. The refund according to you was made on April 18 but I have not received it.
