BetterDocs Pro Analytics Page JS Error

  • Hi. Purchased BetterDocs Pro through AppSumo. I tried submitting a ticket but the form kept giving me a server error message, tried using your live chat never got a response.

    When viewing the analytics page in the admin nothing is loading and this JS error is displaying the console, screenshot https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuNk7O0

    Uncaught ReferenceError: Chart is not defined betterdocs-analytics.js?ver=1.0.1:157

    Hi, there. That’s strange actually. Possibly an internal conflict which is causing this actually. It’s difficult to say what’s actually happening without investigation.
